The PetroChem office hosted a meeting with media representatives, eco-activists and opinion leaders. The event, held in a "no-tie" format, allowed the participants to openly discuss the prospects for the development of the petrochemical industry in Kazakhstan.
During the meeting, PetroChem managers and specialists spoke in detail about new projects, prospects and feasibility of development of the industry as a whole. Special attention was paid to the high margins of petrochemical production and the contribution of these projects to the diversification of Kazakhstan's economy and creation of new jobs.
"Our goal is not just to develop the petrochemical industry, but to ensure that we are doing so in a way that is environmentally friendly and sustainable. Our projects are aimed at meeting the country's requirements, substitution of imported feedstocks and development of domestic high value-added products," was emphasized by Diaz Diyanov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Business Development.
The participants of the event were actively asking questions and received comprehensive answers concerning environmental aspects, technological innovations, as well as interesting facts about oil and gas chemistry.
The meeting was held in a friendly and positive atmosphere, which contributed to effective communication.
