KMG PetroChem LLP announces the prequalification for the purchase of Technical supervision services for the project "Construction of the first integrated gas chemical complex in Atyrau region". The second phase (Construction of a gas separation unit).

Please note, that a potential supplier cannot participate in the prequalification process if:

1) a potential supplier participating in the consortium is listed in the register of unscrupulous state procurement participants and (or) in the register of unscrupulous procurement participants, and (or) in the first unreliable suppliers (suppliers) of the Fund, and (or) in the list of debtors in respect of whom a legal court decision has declared them bankrupt;

2) the potential supplier and (or) their head and (or) founders (shareholders) are included in the list of organizations and persons related to the financing of terrorism and extremism, or in the list of organizations and persons related to the financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Countering the Legalization (laundering) of proceeds through criminal methods and terrorist financing";

3) potential supplier - a legal entity whose registration structure is a state or territory included in the list of states with preferential taxation approved by the authorized state body, implementing guidance in the field of ensuring tax revenues and other mandatory payments in the budget, except in cases where the potential supplier is the copyright holder (patent holder) of technologies proposed, used models, industrial models and equipment for them, purchased by the customer.

1) a potential supplier or its subcontractor (co-executor), or a member of the consortium, is in the register of unscrupulous participants in public procurement and (or) in the register of unscrupulous participants in procurement, and (or) in the first unreliable suppliers (suppliers) of the Fund, and (or) in the list of debtors in respect of whom a lawful court decision has been entered about declaring them bankrupt;
